Damon Lewis Williams

As an Education & Workforce Diversity Consultant, Trainer & Best-selling Author, Damon L. Williams has become a powerful voice on the issues of diversity and inclusion. Over his years as a diversity consultant Damon has been recognized by Black Enterprise Magazine and Diverse Issues in Higher Education. He has also received Xavier University’s Top 40 under 40 Award, Northwestern University’s Penny Warren Service Award, and a Norman C. Francis Fellow.

Damon serves on several national boards including the National Conference for Race and Ethnicity (NCORE), Medical Moguls, and Hill Harper’s “Making Your Destiny”, a non-profit targeted for at-risk youth and advisory board for One Hope, One United and the United Negro College Fund (UNCF). During the course of his work Damon has given keynote presentations on many of the issues facing corporations and educational institutions.
